The manager Bayezid meets guests at the jetty upon arrival and handles luggage transport to the property. He also organizes excursions such as snorkel trips to shark point and fishing trips, and will prepare the fish guests catch at the hotel restaurant. During the stay, Bayezid offers guided tours to see the local stingrays and shares stories about the island and its culture.
